27th June 2018 NDP FinalsFor those of you competing at the NDP Finals event in Nottingham, the workplan, timetable and startlist and orientation timetable are now available. Good luck all. 16th May 2018 Spring Series 2For those of you competing at the Spring Series 2 event in Sheffield, the workplan, timetable and startlist are now available We will be running a tombola in aid of club funds on Saturday 30th June. If anyone has any raffle prizes they could donate then please bring them in to the club. 16th April 2018 Spring Series 1For those who are competing in the Spring Series 1 competition at Telford, the following documentation has been released. 18th March 2018 Regional team finals kitFor those who have qualified to NDP team finals, we have received the following information regarding regional team finals kit. The regional team leotard (compulsory) and the hoodie and polo shirt (optional) are now available online to purchase here. Please ensure all orders are placed no later than Friday 13th April. All choice of sizes is the responsibility of the performer/parent. As the items are custom made it will not be possible to refund or exchange any items unless they are faulty. All kit will be handed out at the final training squad which is on Sunday 10th June at Billingham. 19th March 2018 League entries for Cardiff close this Friday 23rd March. £22 indiv & £12 pp synchro. 18th March 2018 
Today is Stop CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation) Awareness Day. 4th February 2018 February closing dates for competitions entries:NDP Regional Team Final Qualifier - Wednesday 7th Feb (£7.50) Spring Series 1 - Friday 9th February (£45) English Qualifier 2 - Friday 23rd February (£30 indiv/ £10 synchro) All money to be paid in cash to Jan Turnbull. 2nd February 2018 We now have a confirmed date for the NDP regional compulsory final which has been changed to Sunday 25th February @ Penrith. As this has been brought forward All entries must be in by Wednesday 7th. 28th January 2018 Well done to all who competed today - some great results! We’ll publish them once we’ve received the confirmed results.We don’t yet have a confirmed date for the regional compulsory finals but we will publish it as soon as we do. 27th January 2018 Good luck to all those competing at the NDP qualifier in Billingham tomorrow.Please note the club will be closed tomorrow and will re-open at 4pm on Monday. 22nd January 2018 Please note the club will be closed on Sunday 28th January due to coaches being away at a competition.21st January 2018 The annual club fee of £25 is due to be paid by all gymnasts who continue to train at the club following the initial trial sessions. Club is back to normal opening hours from tomorrow.10th December 2017 There has been a new social media update issued by British Gymnastics, can everyone please take some time to read through it here.9th December 2017 We will soon be placing a club order with Milano so if anyone wishes to order either a ladies/girls competition leotard, the ladies/girls training leotard or the men’s/boys new competition leotard (which was previously the training leotard). Please give the order and money to either Kat or Jan as soon as possible. Due to unavailability of the previous men’s competition leotard from Milano a decision has been made to change the men’s competition kit to the previous bespoke training leotard. If you are unsure what level you are competing at, please see your coach. 23rd October 2017 Just a reminder that new club membership procedures will come into effect today. ALL gymnasts will require a completed registration form which will be available at the check in desk, and will be subject to a maximum number of trial sessions before being required to join both British Gymnastics (£17) and the club (£25). Until they are members, further participation is prohibited for insurance purposes. Please bear with us whilst the new procedures are implemented. 20th October 2017 Congratulations to our two gymnasts that have been selected onto the Great Britain High Performance Programme Trampoline National Junior Squad for 2017 - 2018. Well Done!
17th October 2017 Congratulations to Martin who has been selected for the England Trampoline Squad 2017/2018.
16th October 2017 British Gymnastics membership system is now up and running however it is very busy so you may have to wait in a queue. £41 for competitive gymnasts (silver) and £17 for recreational gymnasts (bronze). All memberships must be renewed within the next week to ensure insurance remains current. 15th October 2017 Important Change to Policy 13th October 2017 The following gymnasts have been successful in qualifying for the National League finals at the Lee Valley Velopark in December.

Well Done Everyone we're super proud of you all! 27th September 2017 Timetable, Start List and Judges & Officials list for the Northern Closed competition is now available here. 26th September 2017 Please note the club will be closed all weekend on Saturday 30th September & Sunday 1st October as all coaches are away at the Northern Closed Competition. 25th September 2017 British Championships 2017 An historic weekend for the club at Liverpool Echo Arena saw every single member of the elite team come away with a British Championship medal. Gary and Kat did a great job of ensuring all competitors had the necessary warm ups, support and guidance throughout the competition. A fantastic performance by all delivered the following results:

3rd September 2017 A great weekend for Team Apollo at the League Series 3 event in Birmingham. Well done to everyone who competed.
27th August 2017 As we are restricted with the amount of floor space we have at our disposal in the trampoline hall, a decision has been taken to prevent parents entering the hall during sessions. This will enable the floor space to be utilised and create a stretching area for use by members. Viewing will be permitted from either of the windows upstairs or downstairs, and coaches will be available for 5 minutes at the end of each session to discuss any issues. Members under the age of 8 will require a parent/carer to remain on the premises. We would ask that parents please respect and support this decision as it is for the benefit of our members. If anyone has any issue with this then please speak to a coach to discuss. The date for implementation will be publicised however this is likely to be in October. 26th August 2017 Reminder: Closing date for entries to the Northern
